Local and Domestic Shipping
IRV Beauty LLC, doing business as SIV™ (“SIV”) offers free standard shipping on all orders over $500 shipped within the US and its Territories. All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS from the SIV warehouse. Depending on the destination, all orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days after being placed but not guaranteed to be delivered in such timeframe. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.A shipping confirmation email will be provided with all pertinent tracking information. We aim to fill and ship all orders within 48 hours of being placed. If you require an adjustment or have unique delivery requirements, please contact our customer service directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.Please note that in order to ensure faster delivery, your order may consist of multiple packages delivered on different days.
Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery, such as:
- Issues related to credit card or payment
- Higher than expected daily order volumes over and above the fulfillment capacity of our shipping department
- Severe weather conditions
- Unexpected delivery issues (can’t find address, undeliverable, etc).
- While infrequent, certain SIV products may go out-of-stock, at which point SIV will be sure to contact you for direction on how to best move forward with your order. Customers can choose to simply delay shipments until the product is back in stock.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to SIV’s carrier.

We ship to Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
You are responsible for all Customs Duty and import fees.
